Goddess in the Bedroom® was born from my internationally renowned Boot Camp for Goddesses® retreat. What started as a short class had women lit up and begging for more. So I built the full weekend workshop and it exploded.

Goddess Co-Teachers & Hostesses
Katie Strakosch
She has a degree in whole-foods based nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Upon graduating, she expanded her education by becoming an esthetician to understand the relationship between skin health and nutrition.
Katie is also a certified yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga for over a decade in many different environments including private clients, retreats, corporate settings, libraries, hospitals, hospice centers, schools and plenty of outdoor classes on the beach and over the bay!
She has studied under Sierra Bender for the past 8 years and is an Inside Out Workout Instructor. This is part of the Sierra Bender Empowerment Method. This method empowers women to face their fears, awaken their spirit and redefine what it means to thrive in the world. It is part physical workout, part yoga practice, part spiritual reflection.
She worked as a nutritionist at Sophia Health Institute in Woodinville, WA which is one the nation’s leading health clinics focused on chronic illness.
Katie’s work deepened into understanding women’s health as she worked through her own hormonal distress with PCOS. This led her to dive into offering womb wellness services in her practice. The services offered under this realm allow women to heal, restore and nourish their wombs on physical emotional and energetic levels.

Lori Teragawachi, Ed.D.
She has completed Boot Camp for Goddesses Level 1 & 2, Goddess in the Bedroom® and hosted three Boot Camp for Goddesses® Level 1 in Maui.
She has over 25 years of diverse experience in facilitation, people development, organizational effectiveness, public policy, and leadership roles in a variety of business and educational institutions. Lori, born in Hawaii, received her Bachelor’s from the University of Hawaii.
Lori’s varied work experiences with companies like Citicorp, US West, Sarasota County, Advantec, and Public & Private Educational settings give her a wealth of learning scenarios to draw upon as a facilitator. She most recently left Maui College as the Director of the Office of Continuing Education and Training and has started her own Training & Consulting Firm. She continues to be the Director for the Leadership Program Ka Ipu Kukui Fellows, developing future leaders for Maui County, and contracts with the Franklin Covey organization facilitating leadership programs. She specializes in developing great leaders, great teams, and acquiring great results.
Lori has a Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification and a doctorate in Leadership Development from the University of Sarasota. She is accustomed to a fast-paced changing environment, with proven abilities to support organizational goals and engage people to get results. Her workshops are customized to be relevant and applicable. She has been a certified Facilitator for Franklin Covey programs for the last 16 years and is an Authorized Partner of Everything DiSC programs.
