Goddess to the Core® Inside Out Workout is a 5 Star Workout for a woman’s body. Sierra has over 30 years of experience as a certified personal trainer, Prana and Kripalu yoga teacher, nutritionist, Hands on Healing practitioner, massage therapist and shaman. She has trained professional and olympic athletes for over two decades. Sierra herself played semi- professional softball for the Budweiser Bells in New Jersey at the age of 16 years old and continued to college with a softball scholarship to USC. At the age of 14 she trained with professional Giant NFL football players and professional body builders before women where familiar with weight training. They saw Sierra’s passion, fierceness and athletic ability and took her under their wing where she was taught nutrition, cross training, exercise physiology and the discipline of hard work. With her hard work and dedication Sierra became one of the fastest female pitchers in the country by the age of 17.
