Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds:

Full refunds are available (less a $200.00 processing fee) up to 45 days prior to Sierra Bender Wholisitic Yoga Therapy Training. For example: For a Sunday arrival, the refund deadline is close of business Saturday, 45 days before the event. Your housing reservation will be fully refunded (less a $200.00 processing fee). 

Credits:

Due to an exclusive and private training of only 25 women being able to attend many students are turned away. Your reservation is important to us however if you cancel after the 45 day deadline it is very difficult to fill your reservation at such short notice. 

When you cancel 44 days to 1 day prior to Sierra Bender Wholistic Yoga Therapy Training your first tuition deposit of $1750.00 (less a $200.00 processing fee) will be used as credit to any private event of Sierra Bender Wholistic Fitness Health & Healing within 1 year from the cancellation date. After 1 year credits expire and no credits/refunds will be issued. Your housing reservation will be fully refunded (less a $200.00 processing fee). 

For those that attend Part One of training but must cancel Part Two there will be no refunds for tuition or lodging for any reason. A credit will be issued for both tuition and lodging. The final tuition deposit of $1750.00 (less a $500.00 processing fee) and the final accommodation fee–varies based on single or double accommodations-(less a $500.00 processing fee) will be credited to you to be used for any private event of Sierra Bender Wholistic Fitness, Health & Healing within 1 year from the cancellation date. After 1 year credits expire and no credits/refunds will be issued.
