Wholistic Yoga Therapy Training is a 4 Body Fit approach to whole-self health care designed just for women. Through Wholistic Yoga Therpahy Training you will enhance and unveil your skills and talents as a teacher and healer.
Once you complete the training, you will be certified to teach in any yoga studio, fitness center, spa or other meeting facility and offer personal yoga training. You will be able to lead your own workshops and retreats, creating a sustainable career path for yourself as you also take an active role in changing the world.

- How, why and where the body holds on to pain and how
to release it before disease manifests
- How nutrition plays a huge part in our well being not
only physically but emotionally, mentally and spiritually
- How to find your purpose and keep you on your path and
